We are a service-area business: we come to your home, and this website is how most customers first reach us. When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, phone number, service selection, and message you provide. When you call us, we may note the same details along with information about the property and the loss, such as the address where work is needed, what got wet, and when it happened. That job information becomes part of your project file, alongside the documentation we produce on site: photographs, moisture readings, and scopes.
This website also uses basic analytics and security tooling, which may collect technical information such as your browser type and pages visited. This helps us keep the site working, see which pages are useful, and protect the form from spam and abuse.
How we use your information
We use the information you give us to respond to your request, assess and perform restoration work, document the job, communicate with you about scheduling and scope, and, where you direct us, to share job documentation with your insurer or another party you name. We do not use your project details for unrelated marketing, and we do not build profiles of homeowners for anyone else.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to lead marketplaces. Restoration customers are often dealing with a stressful event, and their information is not a product. If a third party ever asks us for your file, our answer is that the file belongs to your project, and we share it only with your direction or where the law plainly requires it.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of service providers to run this website and our communications, such as hosting, form delivery, spam protection, and analytics providers. Those providers process information only as needed to deliver their function and under their own security practices.
Retention and your choices
We keep project files for as long as they are reasonably needed for warranty questions, insurer follow-ups, and business records, and contact inquiries for a shorter period when no work follows. If you would like to know what information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete an inquiry record, contact us through this website or by phone and we will handle it directly. Job documentation already shared with an insurer at your direction cannot be recalled from that insurer, but we can tell you what was shared and when.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page to say so in plain language. This policy describes our current practice for Wellington Mitigation Co. and applies to this website and our direct communications with customers in our Florida service area.
